It is a Breguet. Breguet built a number of machines in the 1910-1912 period that were generally similar, and I don’t fully understand the designation system, but this picture has been identified as U-3; U indicating the engine (Canton-Unee) and 3 the power.. Although they look ungainly, they were pretty successful for their time.
